教學經歷近 20 年，橫跨補教業、企業品牌內訓與跨國業務顧問。曾任美商 Anytime Fitness（全球超過 5,000 家分店）亞洲區加盟品牌及銷售培訓內訓講師，同時擔任總部英文口筆譯，經手隨行口譯、教育訓練逐步口譯、上海記者會口譯與會議口譯，也負責加盟合約、網站、手冊等品牌 know-how 文件筆譯。Nearly 20 years of teaching experience spanning language schools, corporate brand training, and cross-industry business consulting. Former Brand & Sales Training Instructor for Anytime Fitness’s Asia-Pacific franchise network (5,000+ locations worldwide), and in-house English interpreter/translator for headquarters — handling accompanying interpretation, consecutive interpretation for training sessions, interpretation for a Shanghai press conference, and conference interpretation, as well as translating franchise contracts, websites, and manuals.

這段橫跨教學現場與跨國商務第一線的經歷，讓我發現多數商務人士卡關的不是文法，而是「腦中翻譯」——想講卻不敢開口。於是我發展出一套從「信念引導」走到「英文直覺反應」的訓練系統：先用心法引導卸下英語焦慮，再用實戰演練建立肌肉反射式反應，讓英文變成不用想、直接就能反應出來的本能。This experience across both the classroom and the front lines of cross-border business revealed that most professionals’ real block isn’t grammar — it’s “translating in your head” before daring to speak. That’s why I developed a training system that moves from “mindset coaching” to “English instinct”: first releasing language anxiety through mindset coaching, then building reflex-level responses through real practice, until English becomes something you no longer have to think about — it just comes out.

多數商務人士的英文卡點，不在文法，而在「腦中先翻譯、再開口」的習慣。我相信英文能力要先卸下心理焦慮，才能真正養成直覺反應。教學風格活潑、重視底層邏輯，擅於用問題引導思考，並將課程內容結構化，並轉化為日常實用情境，透過反覆的輸入輸出訓練與角色扮演刺激思考。在學習當下利用眼腦手口的體感學習，讓學習印象深刻並內化成身體記憶，讓學員拿回的不只是分數，而是溝通的掌控權、自信及氣場的自我實現。For most business professionals, the real block isn’t grammar — it’s the habit of translating in your head before speaking. I believe English ability starts with releasing psychological anxiety; only then can true instinct be built. My teaching style is lively and grounded in underlying logic — using questions to guide thinking, structuring course content into everyday, practical scenarios, and reinforcing it through repeated input-output training and role play. By engaging eyes, brain, hands and mouth together in the moment, learning becomes memorable and internalized as muscle memory — so what students take back isn’t just a score, but control over communication, confidence, and presence.
